The Shotlist is the workspace we wanted to exist for running shoots: one place to plan, crew, run the day and deliver.
The Shotlist takes a shoot from first plan to final delivery without leaving one app. Events become shot lists, shot lists get crewed with the right permissions, the day-of timeline keeps everyone in position, and finished files reach the client automatically. It runs on iPhone, iPad and the web, and keeps working offline when the venue won’t cooperate.
It is built for photographers, videographers, studios and production teams, from wedding shooters coordinating a second camera, to commercial crews delivering to an agency, to event teams covering several stages at once.
The Shotlist is an independently built product, run as a registered Dutch business (eenmanszaak) based in Poortugaal, the Netherlands (KvK 97588482, VAT NL005278009B56). Subscriptions are sold and managed on the web; the mobile app is a companion to a web-based subscription. Prices include 21% Dutch VAT, with the reverse charge for EU businesses and net pricing outside the EU.
